For soft and smooth skin:- Before taking a bath or shower, rub some raw honey all over your body and massage gently using circular motions. Wait 10 minutes, then take a bath or shower. Honey has moisture locking properties which makes your skin soft and smooth . Olive oil massage can also help.
To treat Pimples:- Apply some white toothpaste over the affected skin area before going to bed.
In the morning, wash your face with water and you will see a significant improvement in the swelling. ( Avoid using Gel toothpaste).Following this , wrap the ice in a piece of cloth and hold it on the affected skin area for a few seconds. repeat this process after a few minutes.
For thick eyebrows:- Apply pure castor oil using a cotton swab to your eyebrows in the night just before you go to sleep. Doing this for a few weeks can let you have the thicker hair of eyebrows. U can also try coconut oil and olive oil massage to the eyebrows.
Turmeric:- It has immense health benefits due to its antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, anticarcinogenic, antimutagenic and anti-inflammatory properties . It helps in preventing Alzheimer’s disease , prostate cancer , liver diseases, boosts immunity , heals wounds , controls diabetics , weight management , relieves Arthritis . Make sure U include turmeric in ur daily diet. (Turmeric should not be used by people with gallstones or bile obstruction.)
Peel of Banana: – If you want pearly whites, do not throw away the banana peels.
Rub the soft inside of a fresh piece of banana peel on your teeth for a few minutes.
When you’re done, brush your teeth with toothpaste to remove the residue.
Do this once a day for a couple of weeks to remove the stains.
Also you can rub the banana peel over your skin to reduce blemishes.
To soothe mosquito and other insect bites ,massage the affected area using banana peel and rinse it off with cold water after 15 mins.
Lucrative Lemon water:- The acidic nature of lemon, combined with the medicinal properties of honey and water, can help eliminate bad breath. It cleanses the mouth and activates production of saliva that kills odour-causing bacteria.
Also the combination of warm water, honey and lemon creates a more alkaline atmosphere in your stomach thus aiding in weight loss.
People who drink a glass of warm lemon water each morning are at a lower risk of developing throat infections. This healthy drink even helps prevent respiratory problems like asthma.
Aloe Vera:- It can be used to get rid of stretch marks. There are a couple of ways to apply it. You can directly rub Aloe Vera gel on the affected skin area, leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse the skin with lukewarm water.
Another option is to make a mixture with one-fourth cup of Aloe Vera Gel, oil from 10 vitamin E capsules and oil from 5 Vitamin A capsules. Rub this mixture onto the skin until fully absorbed. Repeat this process daily.
Cut 2 Aloe Vera leaves and extract the gel with a spoon or scoop. Add the juice of half a lemon and blend the ingredients in a blender. Apply this mask on damp hair using your fingers, starting from scalp till the hair ends.
Wrap your hair in a warm towel for 15 – 20 minutes.Finally, wash your hair with lukewarm water and a mild shampoo.
Use this hair mask once a week or every fortnight.
Drink a lot of Water:- Normally drinking 8 glasses of water per day is good for health. I.e a healthy adult needs around 35 ml of water each day per kilogram of body weight . At least according to the general guidelines from scientific organisations. A person weighing 50 kilograms requires 1.7 litres, 60 kilograms 2.1 litres, 70 kilograms 2.4 litres and 80 kilograms 2.8 litres.

After waking up:- Drink one glass of water after waking up to help activate your internal organs. The water will help to remove any toxins before your first meal of the day.
Before a meal:- Drink one glass of water 30 minutes before a meal to help digestion. Remember not to drink too soon before or after a meal as the water will dilute the digestive juices. Drink water an hour after the meal to allow the body to absorb the nutrients.
Before a bath:- Drink one glass of water before taking a bath to help lower your blood pressure.
Before sleep.
Drink one glass of water an hour before bedtime to replenish any fluid loss that can occur during the night.
